Standard Courier Deliveries
Please call or text PROXY any time at (782) 772-1010 or send an email to support@proxypei.com to schedule a standard courier delivery, or tell us about your unique delivery needs. You can also submit an estimate or delivery request using PROXY’s Delivery Estimate or Request form.
Please note: Standard courier delivery prices are flat fees within the “City of Charlottetown” city limits, and also include photo delivery verification via SMS or email. Pickup and delivery will occur within a 36 hour window (Although PROXY always aims for same day service; when schedule, weather conditions and general scheduling allow.)
Deliveries operating outside the “City of Charlottetown” city limits will be subject to an additional mileage fee (0.75ยข/km). The mileage fee includes driver starting point through package pick-up location and final delivery destination. Efforts will be made to reduce or eliminate mileage fees when possible.
Some deliveries may be subject to optional add-on or additional fees including:
- Signature on Delivery ($5)
- Express Handling ($20)
- Next in Line with optional GPS tracking (straight pickup and delivery; with no detours.) Based on driver availability. ($40)
- Same Day Guarantee Fee. Conditions apply: Must be ordered by 10AM. In-province deliveries only. Delivery may occur after standard business hours (where possible). No additional “After Hours” fees will apply. Based on driver availability. ($60)
- Out of Province Fee (Will be applied to all deliveries outside of PEI.) ($150)
- Out of Province Overtime Fee (Round trips over 8 hours of driving time)($100/Hour)
- Wait Fees ($60/Hour, billed in 15 min increments.)
- After Hours Fee (Additional $150 for evening and weekend courier service that is requested outside of PROXY’s usual hours of operation.)
- 20% Fuel Surcharge
Small Courier Delivery
One small item, envelope, document or package; under 10 lbs.
$30

$5 fee for each additional small item being delivered; to the same address.
Medium Courier Delivery
One medium item or package; 10-25 lbs.
$50
[ Plus Potential Mileage.]
$5 for each additional small item, or $10 for each additional medium item being delivered to the same address.
Large Courier Delivery
One large item or package; 26 lbs up to 50 lbs.
$65
[ Plus 20% Fuel Surcharge and Potential Mileage.]
$5 fee for each additional small item, $10 fee for each additional medium item, $30 for each additional large item being delivered to the same address.
Custom Courier Delivery
Perhaps you have to move many packages, or have a larger or unusual item (that can still fit inside an SUV) or complex requirements that needs a custom solution. PROXY can provide a custom delivery, route, or service that will better meet your needs (outside of our standard delivery offerings).

Parts Delivery
Getting your mission critical parts to your shop or location quickly is imperative. Whether you are an international broker, local or regional farmer, fisherman, aerospace, manufacturer, or vehicle repair technician (or anybody with a need to get a crucial part to you quickly.) PROXY can help.
We can work with a formal delivery process, a GPS marker, or even “island directions” to get what you need in your hands; where you need it.
